Alexander Equipment has been a long-time client, and they came to us to help them devise a new brand. Their business model is very complex, and the niche they fill is very defined. We worked closely with them on their name change to Alexander Food Equipment Group, and helped them reach their full potential in marketing to their niche via their website, collateral materials, forms, signage, and everything else that their brand name appears on.
We also consulted with them on streamlining their materials to be easier to navigate and understand. New materials included converting some of their items to present to Spanish-speaking prospects. Finally, we worked directly with their sales teams to coach them on how they, as brand ambassadors, should be communicating to their prospective clients.
